U News at the University of Utah released an article about how to measure carbon-dioxide(CO₂) if there was ever a treaty signed to limit emissions. Thomas Nehrkorn and Janusz Eluszkiewicz of Atmospheric and Environmental Research, assisted Jim Ehleringer, a distinguished professor of biology at the University of Utah, and Kathryn McKain and Steven Wofsy of Harvard University.
