AER's Quality Management System Receives ISO 9001:1994 Approval

Cambridge, Massachusetts — On July 27, 2000, AER received a Certificate of Registration for its Quality Management System. The assessment was conducted to the ISO 9001:1994 standard by National Quality Assurance, USA who are accredited by ANSI*RAB, a joint venture of the American National Standards Institute and the Registrar Accreditation Board.

AER's Quality Management System is defined in its Quality Manual, which states our quality policy:

"Atmospheric and Environmental Research, Inc., develops science-based information services for business and government to support decisions that enable the intelligent use of our environment. It is our policy that we provide these services to standards of quality that meet or exceed the requirements of our customers and that are monitored and controlled to provide continuous improvement."
