In all cases the subcontractors selected have complementary capabilities to AER and represent current or past business partners with whom AER has maintained long-term relationships. AER looks forward to working with its small-business partners to offer the best mix of talent and experience for every SeaPort-e Task Order pursued. AER is committed to discussing every SeaPort-e opportunity it considers for bidding with all its partners that are qualified for it by Functional Area to ensure each partner has equal opportunity to be awarded work under this SeaPort-e vehicle. In addition, AER will work with its small-business partners on any SeaPort-e Task Order they choose to pursue independently.
