AMSR-E emissivity database release notes

Updates:
07/27/2009: v1.0 was updated to v1.1.
            A new field 'EmMw_SpSD' was added to the multi-product dataset, 
            and the data document was updated accordingly.

06/18/2009: v1.0 was released.
            The database included a multi-product dataset and a merged-product dataset
            and a data description document.
